Dr. Powell Shiau, Clinic Owner

He obtained specialized training in Trigger Point Technique, Flexion and Distraction Technique, Activator, Pettibon Technique, extremity adjusting, spinal rehabilitation, and Sacro Occipital Technique. He received his post-doctorate training in acupuncture having completed over 600 clinical and academic hours of instruction as well as additional training through the Motion Palpation Institute.

District Injury & Spine Center (DISC) is the premier chiropractic clinic in the DMV offering chiropractic care, acupuncture & sports rehab. Conditions we frequently treat are include back and neck pain, headaches, disc herniations, sciatica, scoliosis, sports injuries, shoulder injuries, hip injuries, knee pain, bursitis, tendonitis, arthritis, and motor accident injuries. Our goal is to allow our patients to express their full optimal health and recover as quickly as possible.
